What are you here for?
Most people come for one of three reasons. Pick a goal and see the peptides ranked by how strong the evidence actually is.
Straight answers to the top searches
The questions everyone types into Google about peptides, answered honestly, then linked to the full evidence.
What actually is a peptide?
A peptide is just a short chain of amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. Most are entirely natural: your body makes thousands of them, and insulin is a peptide.
Some are approved medicines, the GLP-1 weight-loss drugs like semaglutide are peptides. Many others are sold online as unapproved “research chemicals.” Knowing which is which is the whole game.

Sorted by how much real evidence backs them, grade A is approved human data, D is animal-only.

The internet is full of peptide claims. Here’s what the evidence actually supports, and what it doesn’t.
